المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال المؤقت عن اطواق ولفائف الواح الحديد المعدة لصناعة الانابيب (من البنود التعريفية 73/8/.. و 73/12/..).

المادة 2

مادة 2: تخضع الاستفادة من لاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تخضع الاستفادة من احكام هذا الامر, للمرة الاولى, لموافقة مدير الجمارك العامة.
