وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي

لمصرف لبنان رقم 18/4/1 تاريخ

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
