مادة 1: تعدل المادتان الاولى الثالثة من القرار رقم 10403 تاريخ 5 ايار سنة 1958 بحيث - تصبحان هكذا.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يحدد الرسم المنصوص عنه في المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 9611 تاريخ 23 نيسان سنة 956 بمبلغ مئة واربعة غروش لبنانية عن كل طن.

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
