ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 4/12/1998

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة),

بناء على القانون رقم 31 تاريخ 18/1/1955

وتعديلاته (تحديد مهام وزارة الزراعة),

بناء على القرار لارقم 161/1 تاريخ 12/11/1999

لا سيما المادة الثالثة منه,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام وزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:
