المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعفى من اجازة التصدير المنتوجات المحلية المرسلة في طرود بريدية الى الخارج والتي لا تتجاوز قيمتها العشرين ليرة لبنانية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحق للمسافر (مهما بلغ افراد عائلته) ان يستصحب معه من المنتوجات المحلية دون اجازة تصدير, ما لا تتجاوز قيمتها المئتي ليرة لبنانية ومن الاصناف التالية ما لا يزيد عن: 17 كيلو زيت زيتون 2 ٍ سكر 2 ٍ ارز

المادة 3

مادة 3: تقوم مديرية الجمارك بتنفيذ مضمون هذا القرار دون اللجوء الى تأشير وزارة الاقتصاد الوطني.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة
