المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 8 الصادر في 23 تشرين الاول سنة 1950 والذي احدث بموجبه رسم جمركي خاص على السيارات المسجلة في سوريا والداخلة الى لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يلغى القرار رقم 65 تاريخ 25 تشرين الاول سنة 1950 الذي حدد معدل رسم الاقامة المفروض على السيارات المسجلة في سوريا والداخلة الى لبنان.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من اليوم السادس من شهر اذار سنة 1951 وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
