المادة 1

مادة 1: تضاف البضاعة الواردة على نصف مقطورات والمعاد شحنها بعد تنزيلها على الرصيف دون تفريغ الى البضاعة المبينة في الفقرة 6 من فصل العتالة صفحة20 من جدول التعريفات والتي يمكن تعتيلها في مرفأ بيروت من قبل اصحابها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: في حال تعتيل البضاعة المذكورة في المادة الاولى من قبل اصحابها تتقاضى شركة ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت عنها جعالة قدرها 25% من رسم العتالة المطبق حسب الوزن الافرادي والمنصوص عنه في جدول التعريفات .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ الى من يلزم.
