ان رئيس بلدية الشويفات,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118/77

لا سيما الفقرة الثانية من المادة 77

والتي تنص بانه يحق لرئيس السلطة التنفيذية

ان يفوض الى نائب الرئيس بعض صلاحيات البلدية

باستثناء الصلاحيات التي تتعلق باستصدار

نصوص لها الصفة العامة,

بناء عليه,

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف رئيس البلدية نائب رئيس البلدية الاستاذ متري حنا لتوقيع افادات الترميم وافادات الشغور والاشغال العائدة لوزارة المهجرين.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار بعد ابلاغه للمراجع المختصة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
