ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998.

بناء على القانون رقم 171 تاريخ 06/01/2000 (تعديل احكام قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات),

بناء على القرار رقم 26/د تاريخ 01/03/2000 القاضي باعلان حل مجلس بلدية الجديدة- البوشرية- السد,

بناء على القرار رقم 27/د تاريخ 04/03/2000 دعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس بلدية الجديدة- البوشرية- السد,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب اعضاء مجلس بلدية الجديدة­ البوشرية­ السد، قضاء المتن في محافظة جبل لبنان، وفقا لما يلي:
