ان وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ 26/10/2000 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 24 تاريخ 16/05/2002 (منع ادخال صلصة الصويا وصلصة المحار الا بعد ابراز شهادة فحص مسبق),

بناء على قرار وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة رقم 169/1/أ.ت تاريخ 27/06/2002 ولا سيما البند الخامس من المادة الثانية منه,

وحرصا على صحة وسلامة المستهلك وتسهيلا للتبادل التجاري,

يقرر ما يلي:

المادة 1

يضاف إلى المختبرات الدولية المعتمدة لقبول شهادة الفحص المسبق التي تثبت خلو الصلصات المذكورة من المواد الكيمائية المسرطنة

3­ monochloropropane­1,2 diol ( 3­MCPD) و. Dichloropropanol (1,3 ­ DCP), والمذكورة في القرار رقم 169/1/أ.ت, المختبرات المذكورة ادناه:
