المادة 1

مادة 1: تستثنى من اجازة الاستيراد المسبقة المنتوجات الزراعية ذات المنشأ السوري المستوردة مباشرة الى لبنان والمدرجة في الجدول رقم 1 (واحد) من الاتفاق الاقتصادي السوري المؤرخ في 5 اذار سنة 1953 والواردة في القرار الصادر بتاريخ 5 كانون الاول سنة 1957 برقم 894, وذلك تنفيذا للمادة الثالثة من الاتفاق الاقتصاد اللبناني- السوري المذكور اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
