المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ادخل في لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية البناء القائم على العقار رقم 2/2334 من منطقة دير القمر العقارية والمعروف بسراي مشايخ آل نكد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يجوز القيام باي عمل من شأنه تغيير شكل البناء ومنظره العام الا بعد موافقة المديرية العامة للاثار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 22 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار.
