بناء على احكام قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المواد

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي المتخذ بجلسته المنعقدة

بتاريخ 27/3/1996 ,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدد معدل حسم السندات التجارية والخاصة المحررة بالدولار الاميركي بمعدل الليبور على الدولار الاميركي مضافا اليه اثنان بالماية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يلغى كل نص مخالف لاحكام هذا القرار ولا سيما القرار رقم 5278 تاريخ 6/11/93 .

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
