24/01/2000 التي تقضي بقبول استقالة اعضاء

مجلس بلدية كوكبا السادة: هايل كنج مغامس -

عفيف محمود مغامس - غسان يوسف مغامس - وليد

سعيد مغامس - وحمد نمر مغامس , بناء على

طلبهم,

وبناء على نص المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم

الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 (قانون

البلديات),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر المجلس البلدي في بلدة كوكبا - قضاء راشيا في محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام راشيا أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
