ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية

الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 538 تاريخ 08/12/1997

القاضي بانشاء حي جديد في بلدة النبي شيت-

قضاء بعلبك يسمى "حي الجامع",

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تدعى الهيئة الانتخابية في بلدة النبي شيت ­ حي الجامع في قضاء بعلبك, محافظة البقاع لانتخاب مختار واحد بتاريخ 07/05/2000 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
