مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من الفرار رقم 3 تاريخ 5 نيسان 1950 على الشكل التالي: تحذف منها: "القليعات ", ويوضع مكانها: "جسر العريضة".
مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من تاريخ توقيعه وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
