المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: توزغ المساحات الاجمالية الاساسية والاضافية, والبالغة /65000/ ديكار ( 60000 اساسي و 5000 اضافي ) المرخص بزرعها لموسم 1964 وفقا للجداول الملحقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: على من رخص له بالزراعة بمقتضى هذا القرار ان يتقيد بالنوع والبذرة اللذين تعينهما ادارة الحصر للقرية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يحظر التنازل عن الرخص الاضافية الممنوحة لغير الوريث الشرعي.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
