بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل

اللبناني,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7993 تاريخ

03/04/1952 (تنظيم النقابات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 6/1/ب تاريخ

14/12/1991 (تأسيس نقابة عمال ومستخدمي

شركة "قرطاس للمعلبات والتبريد" في لبنان),

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 3546/3 تاريخ

29/11/2001,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل اسم نقابة عمال ومستخدمي شركة "قرطاس للمعلبات والتبريد" في لبنان ليصبح: "نقابة مستخدمي وعمال المعلبات والتبريد في لبنان".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
