مادة 1: انه اعتبارا من 10 ايلول سنة 1922 قد انشئت في قاعدة الادارة المركزية لدولة لبنان الكبير دائرة للمطبوعات

مادة 2: قد الحق في هذه الدائرة بصفة سكريتر كل من: مزند براتب شهري قدره اثنان وثلاثون ليرا سورية ووهبه براتب ثلاثة وعشرين ليراسورية
