ان وزير الثقافة والتعليم العالي,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على نظام الاثار القديمة الصادر بموجب

القرار رقم 166/ل.ر تاريخ 07/11/1933,

بناء على القرار رقم 19 والقاضي بادخال عدد

من العقارات من منطقة البترون العقارية في

لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسحب العقار رقم /1374/ من منطقة البترون العقارية من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية.

المادة 2

مادة 1: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ بصورة خاصة الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الآثار الآنف الذكر.
