المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 457 المؤرخ في 28 كانون الثاني سنة 1921 الصادر من دولة حاكم لبنان الكبير, والقرار رقم 1500 المؤرخ في 2 آب سنة 1920 الصادر من المندوب الاداري للمنطقة الغربية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان الترخيص في البناء او الاصلاح تمنحه بلدية بيروت مباشرة

مادة 3: كل طلب من هذا النوع يجب ان يقدم الى رئيس بلدية بيروت
