مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة الاولى من الامر الاداري رقم 133 تاريخ 20 شباط 1963 بحيث يصبح كما يلي: "يمنح وضع الادخال المؤقت عن الصفائح الحديدية لطباعتها وتقطيعها وصنعها علبا, بقصد اعادة تصديرها فارغة او معبأة بمنتج وطني".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة, وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
