مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن الاقمشة من صوف او من الياف نسيجية تركيبية او اصطناعية مستمرة او غير مستمرة, بقصد صنعها البسة جاهزة وربطات عنق.

مادة 1: يستبدل نص المادة الاولى من الامر الاداري رقم 134 , تاريخ 20 شباط 1963 , بالنص التالي: "المادة الاولى: يمنح وضع الادخلالمؤقت عن الاقمشة من صوف او من الياف نسيجية تركيبية او اصطناعية مستمرة او غير مستمرة, وان كانت مطرزة, بقصد صنعها البسة جاهزة".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة, وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
