المادة 1

مادة 1: يجوز ادخال بذور القطن على اختلاف مصادرها, الى سوريا ولبنان, من مرفأي اسكندرونه وطرابلس

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان احكام القرار رقم 1644 المؤرخ في 24 تشرين الاول سنة 1921 المختصة بادخال بذور القطن من مرفأ بيروت , تطبق على البذور التي تدخل من مرفأي اسكندرونه وطرابلس

مادة 3: على السكرتير العام وحاكم لبنان الكبير ومعاون مندوب المفوض السامي في اسكندرونه ومفتش الجمارك العام ان ينفذوا احكام هذا القرار كل في ما خص به
