المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى مفعول القرار رقم 698/1 تاريخ 30/11/1972 المتعلق بتحديد مواقيت الاقفال لاصحاب بسطات بيع الاقمشة والنوفوتيه بالمفرق وبالجملة والالبسة الجاهزة في سوق سرسق ومتفرعاته في بيروت .

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا الالغاء حقوق الاجراء بالاستفادة من الراحة الاسبوعية, وعلى أصحاب العلاقة تمكينهم من هذه الراحة لمدة ست وثلاثين ساعة متواصلة يعلن عنها وعن ساعات العمل الاسبوعية, وفقا لاحكام المواد 31- 35 و36 من قانون العمل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
