المادة 1

مادة 1: يضاف فقرة رابعة على المادة 14 من نظام مؤسسات الدكتور محمد خالد هي: 4- نائب امين السر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يضاف فقرة رابعة على المادة 17 من النظام المذكور هي: د- عند غياب امين السر يتولى امانة السر نائب امين السر في كل ما يتعلق بالفقرات السابقة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يسري مفعول احكام هذا القرار من تاريخ صدوره.
