مادة 1: يلغى مفعول القرار رقم 9217 الصادر بتاريخ 31 كانون اول سنة 1954 فيما يتعلق باخضاع استيراد "المحضرات المسحوقة المعدل للغسيل" (رقم التعريفة الجمركية 321) الى اجازة مسبقة تصدر عن هذه الوزارة.
