مادة 7: تعطى مهلة 30 يوما تبتدىء من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية, للاشخاص الذين رخص لهم قبلا في احراز سلاح حربي, لكي يطلبوا رخصا جديدة
