المادة 1

مادة 1: يجوز لموظفي الدوائر الفنية في الدولة ان يوضعوا على اجازة من الحاكم, قيد تصرف البلديات او الافراد لاجل ابحاث فنية معروفة بانها ذات نفع عام

المادة 2

مادة 2: ان مبلغ مصاريف النقل وتعويض بدل انتقال الموظفين المتقدم ذكرهم يجب دفعه الى الدولة ليقيد دخلا في الميزانية (تخفيف المصاريف ) ذلك اذا لم يصدر امر اداري من الحاكم يخالف ما تقدم

مادة 3: يدرج هذا الامر الاداري في الجريدة الرسمية ينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة الى ذلك
