بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995 (تشكيل

الحكومة),

بناء على قانون الغابات الصادر بتاريخ 07/01/1949

لا سيما المادة 83 منه,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من رئيس بلدية مزيارة رقم

102 تاريخ 27/03/1996

بناء على مطالعة مديرية التنمية الريفية والثروات

الطبيعية رقم 386/7 تاريخ 23/04/1996

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يمنع دخول الماعز والمواشي الى العقارات ذات الارقام 4794- 4827- 4828 من منطقة مزيارة العقارية- قضاء زغرتا

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
