المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تزود جميع سيارات الاوتوبيس والبيك آب والشحن الخصوصية والعمومية بجهاز لتسجيل السرعة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل بقرار منه اوصاف هذا الجهاز وشروط تركيزه ومراقبته والمهلة القصوى اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام هذه الفقرة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: على رئيس مصلحة تسجيل السيارات والاليات تنفيذ احكام هذا القرار.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
