المادة 1

مادة 1: لا تدفع من الان وصاعدا دائرة البارود والمنفجرات لدائرة الجمارك الرسوم الجمركية على انواع البارود والمنفجرات المحتكرة ولا على توابعها المحتكرة المستوردة الى البلاد الواقعة تحت الانتداب الفرنساوي

المادة 2

مادة 2: يطبق الاعفاء المنصوص عليه في المادة 1 من هذا القرار على جميع انواع البارود والمنفجرات المحتكرة المستوردة وعلى وتوابعها المحتكرة المقدم بها بيان للجمارك ابتداء من 13 ك1 سنة 1927

مادة 3: امين السر العام ومفتش الجمارك العام ومدير دائرة البارود مكلفون كل فيما يعينه تنفيذ هذا القرار
