مادة 1: ترفع قيمة التأمين المنصوص عنه في الفقرة "ج" من المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 1407/1 تاريخ 23/4/1975 والمعدلة بالقرار رقم 128 تاريخ 23/2/1982 بحيث تصبح/10000/ ل.ل. (عشرة الاف ) بدلا من /5000/ ل.ل. عن كل صنف من السيجار الذي يسمح باستيراده.
مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
