بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد محمود عبد

الخليل كركي والمسجل تحت رقم 958 تاريخ

21/03/2003 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد محمود عبد الجليل كركي, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية باسم "دراسات باحث" يتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافي هشام محمود عليوان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
