المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى الفقرة (2) من المادة الخامسة من القرار رقم (302) تاريخ 14 ايلول سنة 1966 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تضاف فقرة جديدة على المادة الثامنة من القرار المذكور اعلاه وهذا نصها: -"الكشف وابداء الرأي لوزارة التربية الوطنية بطلبات الترخيص بفتح مدارس جديدة بعد تدقيق الخرائط وتوقيعها".

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
