ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 42/87 لا سيما المادتين

الثالثة والرابعة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 7509 تاريخ 13/01/2000

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2000,

وبناء على القرار رقم 3424 تاريخ 03/02/1989

القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة عادل وعفيف شمس للصيرفة"

على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 148,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان

رقم 12/18/.. تاريخ 03/05/2000,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة عادل وعفيف شمس للصيرفة" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 148 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
