وبناء على القرار رقم 7509 تاريخ 13/01/2000

القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2000,

وبناء على القرار رقم 4805 تاريخ 27/02/1992

القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة بست اكستشانج- كميل

ابي سمرا وشركاؤه" على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة

تحت رقم 346,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان

رقم 11/18/.. تاريخ 03/05/2000,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة بست اكستشانج ­ كميل ابي سمرا وشركاؤه" المسجلة في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 346 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
