مادة 1: ابتداء من اول كانون الثاني سنة 1929 تستوفى الرسوم المنصوص عنها في القرار عدد 320 الصادر في 13 حزيران سنة 1925 والمحولة الى العملة اللبنانية السورية الذهب كما هي محددة في نفس هذا القرار عدد 320 غير ان تعويض ال200 غ.ل.س . المنصوص عنه في المادة 20 يرفع بصورة استثنائية الى 250 غ.س . عن كل كيلوات من القوة العادية غير الصافية من الشلال المعطى به الامتياز
