ان وزير الثقافة والتعليم العالي,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998,

بناء على نظام الاثار القديمة الصادر بموجب

القرار رقن 166/ل.ر تاريخ 07/11/1933,

بناء على القرار رقم 189/99-2000 تاريخ

16/02/2000 الصادر عن مجلس شورى الدولة

والقاضي بابطال القرار رقم 9 تاريخ

27/02/1995 جزئيا لجهة العقار /1441/

حارة صخر,

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للاثار,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسحب العقار رقم /1441/ من منطقة حارة صخر العقارية­ قضاء كسروان­ محافظة جبل لبنان من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الاثار المنوه عنه اعلاه.
