مادة 1: يفوض مدير الداخلية العام اصدار القرارات اللازمة عند الاقتضاء بتعديل القرارات الصادرة عن وزير الداخلية والقاضية بتحديد اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية والمختارين والاعضاء الاختياريين في كافة المحافظات.

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
