ان وزير الداخلية,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 9501 تاريخ 07/11/1996,

بناء على قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب الصادر بتاريخ 26/04/1960 وتعديلاته,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات),

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين),

بناء على القرار رقم 39/د تاريخ 11/05/1998 القاضي بتعديل القرار رقم 23/د تاريخ 16/04/1998 (دعوة الهيئات الانتخابية البلدية),

يقرر ما يأتي:
