ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء الصادر في 29/10/1997

المتعلق بحماية الانتاج الزراعي الوطني,

بناء على احكام المادة الرابعة من القرار

الانف الذكر التي نصت على وضع روزنامة

زراعية تحدد فترات استيراد وكميات بعض

السلع الزراعية ومنها البطيخ الاحمر والاصفر,

بناء على قرار مجلس الوزراء تاريخ 05/02/1998

المتعلق باخضاع بعض السلع الزراعية الى

روزنامة زراعية وتحديد كمياتها,

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام,

وحرصا على مصلحة الانتاج الزراعي الوطني,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع ادخال البطيخ الاحمر الى الاراضي اللبنانية اعتبارا من يوم الثلاثاء الواقع فيه 19 ايار 1998

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار ويبلغ لمن يلزم.
