ان وزير الزراعة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على القانون رقم 31 تاريخ 18/01/1955

وتعديلاته (تمديد مهام وزارة الزراعة..),

بناء على المرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/06/1994

(تنظيم وزارة الزراعة..),

بناء على توصية لجنة طوارىء معالجة الطحينة

والحلاوة المشكلة بقرار وزير الاقتصاد

والتجارة رقم 1/1/أ.ت تاريخ 02/01/2003

والتي تشترط اجراء فحص للسمسم المستورد,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الزراعة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يخضع السمسم المستورد لاجراء فحص مخبري مسبق للتأكد من مطابقته لمواصفة الغذاء (Codex Alimentarius) قبل السماح بإدخاله ووضعه في الاستهلاك, وذلك لحين صدور المواصفة القياسية اللبنانية للسمسم.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
