المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض الى السيد فؤاد صوايا, مدير عام وزارة التربية الوطنية, توقيع طلبات عقد النفقة العائدة الى الادارة المركزية , مصلحة التعليم الثانوي, مديرية التعليم الابتدائي والتكميلي مصلحة اعداد المعلمين, مصلحة الرياضة البدنية والكشفية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يفوض الى كل من السيد محمد رعد مدير التعليم المهني, السيد موريس شهاب , الحافظ العام للآثار, السيد واصف بارودي, امين دار الكتب الوطنية توقيع طلبات عقد النفقة الخاصة بالادارة التي يشرف عليها.

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
