وبعد الحصول على عرض من شركة Debevoise and Plimpton

يقرر ما يلي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تشكل لجنة من السادة: الأستاذ عصام حب الله، مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة (رئيساً) الدكتور صلاح الدين دباغ (عضواً) الأستاذ أندره صادر (عضواً) الأستاذ حسام شمس الدين (عضواً) مهمتها فض العرضين المتعلقين بتعيين شركة لتحضير قانون للمنافسة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تقوم اللجنة بجميع الأعمال اللازمة لتنفيذ المهام الموكولة إليها، وتدرس مطابقة عرض الشركتين مع مضمون دفتر الشروط، وترفع نتيجة أعمالها تباعاً للوزير وفقاً للأصول تمهيداً لإصدار القرارات اللازمة وذلك خلال مدة أقصاها أسبوعين من تاريخ إصدار هذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم. وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة د. ناصر السعيدي
