ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما الفقرة (1) من المادة 140 منه,

وبناء على القرارين الاول والثاني المتخذين من قبل الجمعية العمومية غير العادية لمساهمي المصرف الوطني للانماء الصناعي

والسياحي ش .م.ل. المنعقدة بتاريخ 25/03/1999 اللذين تقرر بموجبهما حل وتصفية المصرف المذكور,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة المصارف اسم "المصرف الوطني للانماء الصناعي والسياحي ش .م.ل." المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 18

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
