المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى مفعول القرار رقم 532/1 تاريخ 27/8/1968 المتعلق بتحديد مواقيت الفتح والاقفال لاصحاب البسطات والمكتبات المعدة لبيع الكتب المدرسية والقرطاسية في نطاق محافظة مدينة بيروت .

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا الالغاء حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة, وعلى اصحاب المحلات المشار اليهم في المادة الاولى من هذا القرار, تمكينهم من ايام الراحة والتعطيل مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 35 من قانون العمل المتعلقة بوجوب تعليق بيان بساعات العمل للاجراء يحدد ساعات عملهم الاسبوعية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
