المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تصادر الطاقة الكهربائية اللازمة لتأمين حاجات البلاد والمنتجة من قبل شركة كهرباء قاديشا التي مركزها طرابلس لمدة شهرين.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد التعويضات واجور التجهيزات المصادرة وفقا للمادة 4 وما يليها من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 167 تاريخ 25 نيسان سنة 1942 وتعين بقرار لاحق لجنة لتحديد هذه المبالغ.

المادة 3

مادة 3: كل معارضة لتنفيذ هذا القرار تعرض مرتكبها للعقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادة 9 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 167 تاريخ 25 نيسان سنة 1942.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ لاصحاب العلاقة.
