بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ

06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في

لبنان لا سيما المادة الخامسة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8041 تاريخ

31/01/2002 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات

الصرافة لعام 2002,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان

المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ

12/12/2001 القاضي بالترخيص ل "شركة احمد

حسين دياب وشركاه للصيرفة" لمزاولة مهنة

الصرافة,

وبناء على الاستدعاء المقدم بتاريخ

16/03/2002 من الشركة المذكورة والمتضمن

طلب تسجيلها على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم شركة أحمد حسين دياب وشركاه للصيرفة. على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة ويعطى الرقم 591

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
