بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

بناء على قانون السير رقم 76/67 تاريخ

بناء على ضرورات ومقتضيات المصلحة العامة

وحسن سير العمل,

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس ادارة ومدير عام
